Sierra RAAL V2 Towers, Axiom EP 500 Sub, Morrow SP7 Grand Reference Speaker Cables, Phillips CD880 XLR Balanced Variable Line Output to Orchard Audio Strakrimson 375w/per ch Stereo Ultra GaNFET Amp..... (Dedicated 2.1 Acoustical Music Listening Room)!
I performed a search of this thread and got no results for an artist I've been enjoying quite a bit lately. The Tord Gustavsen Trio's "Being There" is quite captivating. Recorded in Oslo, Norway, the recording quality is five stars, as is the composition of the music contained within. Well worth a listen!

Here's two that I've been listening to:
Hans Theessink - Jedermann Remixed Soundtrack
Nickel Creek - This Side (But any of their stuff)

thanks, Dave. Just streamed some of Balmorhea's stuff on Pandora. Might have to see what's available on vinyl.
Recently, I've also heard some Finnish Goth bands via Pandora that are pretty good, if you are into that type of music. The 69 Eyes and HIM. Remind me alot of Type O Negative
You guys need to get on a lossless streaming service. I then buy CDs that I really like to support the artist further. (BTW...I use Roon to better the streaming and local files experience)

I've considered it, Curtis. Any recommendations on a streamer? I've been looking at the Blue Node and Cambridge CXN
There are ALL kinds of options. Blue Node and Cambridge both have well known options.
Personally, since I use Roon, I have a Raspberry Pi 4 running a piece of software called VitOS that acts as an endpoint/streamer for Roon, its USB output feeds a Khadas Tone2 DAC, and that is connected to my AVM 60 pre/pro.
Roon handles local files, as well as Tidal and Qobuz. I am a huge proponent of Roon, but a lifetime subscription is much more expensive now than when I signed up two years ago which makes it a bit of a different decision. You can also choose a monthly or annual subscription. This would be on top of the cost of Tidal and/or Qobuz.

thanks, Curtis. The Pi looks interesting.
