That's odd. My terminals on my HTM-200s are arranged horizontally, not vertically. I'm at work though, so i dont remember if the positive was on the left or right.

Well, there is sort of a left and right version of the 200. One is up-side down from the other with a differnt grill. That's probably why the terminals are reversed.

Oh yeah....Derek's got it. The tweeter is offset, so when used on opposite sides, one is "up-side down".

Hi Guys,
The HTM-200 are mirrored pairs, a left speaker is not the same cabinet as the right.
When the speaker is used vertically, the terminals will be vertical (one on top of another). Due to internal crossover cable lengths (using the minimum amount of cable as possible), the right speaker should have the pos input on top of the neg, and on a left speaker, this will be reversed.

Doh! That's what i get for answering a question at work where i cant see the speaker. Yeah, they're verticle, lol.
