This might be something that Curtis would know. I agree that small or large doesn't mean anything. Though I have not done it before, it is cool to be able to get in touch with Dr. Hsu as easily as one can.

I'd like to know the answer to that too. I've had wonderful experiences dealing with SVS. These small internet companies have changed the way I feel about customer service.
I can tell you that I have been to Hsu Research three times. Each time there, I have met Sasha and Dr. Hsu...and no more than 3 or 4 others that work in the headquarters there. I have read that Dr. Hsu actually works on repairs himself sometimes. Sasha does everything...customer support, sales, marketing. I think they really could use more help there. When I went there for a demo...to listen to Hsu subs and Ascend speakers...Dr. Hsu was the one that actually gave me the demo.
I have never been to Ascend's office, but I have met David a few times to pick up or drop off speakers.
