This is a great thread and these are by far my favorite types of movies..
Two good ones not listed are Identity and Memento. I enjoyed every minute of Identity, and Memento, while not as enjoyable, is definitely wothwhile.
Just watched "Secret Window", another surpise ending (sort of). Not bad but way too easy to figure out.. I called the ending within the first 20-minutes, an annoying habit that always pisses off my better half
