    Dave,
I am using a Y splitter now on my F15 HP along with your Sierra ELX Towers (incredible). So, one more time, in layman's terms, am I just getting more subwoofer volume than I would otherwise if I had a sub out on my amp? Whatever the case is, things sound amazing to me, particularly after I found the exact optimal room sub placement.

Thanks for your patience and terrific products.

    Hi Steve,

I don't fully understand your question, but using a Y splitter simply increases the gain. It is no different than turning your subwoofer volume control higher (either on the sub amp, or in your receiver / processor)

Glad you are achieving excellent results and that you are enjoying the system!
