My mistake Curtis. It was Kevin from Hsu. I am extremely bad with names. So now I’m thinking either FVS12 from Rythmik or Hsu uls15 (sealed sub) x2. I just noticed on the Ascend site that the FVS12 are sold out so maybe my decision is being made for me

No worries. Did you talk to Brian Ding of Rythmik as well?
Call Rythmik to see what is in stock...don't let short team availability sway you.

Good idea about contacting Rythmik. I have time since I am waiting for either of 2 av receivers to drop in price so may be waiting for Black Friday sales

Was on the SVS site and used their “match your speakers with a subwoofer “ tool and I plugged in the Sierra 1’s and SVS suggested 2 sealed subs their sb2000 or sb3000. Sounds like good choices but I’m strongly considering the Rythmik F12. It states on their site that the F12 is good for HT/music setup and for matching with speakers that have a 5” or larger woofers which the Sierra 1’s have. I think two of these F12’s will enhance my setup. I listen at moderate loudness and don’t need my windows and walls to be shaking when I listen

2 F12's is a fine choice, IMO, considering how you describe your room & listening habits. Or stretch the budget a bit and get 2 E15's (or FVX15's) considering your room size.

In any case, can't go wrong with Rythmik. Great customer support from Rythmik (and Ascend on these) plus they are very articulate.

Go with Rythmik....I've owned PSA and Svs....albeit I don't own Rythmiks....they'd be very good alternative to my current sub ( Funk Audio) ...in terms of details and very low distortion.

Fwiw...your concerns about rattling things...you can lower the volume...on any sub...even a larger and more capable 15" or 18"...my 2 cents.

I should see about stretching my budget and get 2xE15’s. 2x15” drivers will definitely be better than the 2 Sonos subs with the 6” drivers
One thing I noticed from viewing this forum’s gallery is that just about all the submitted photos from members their subwoofers are all located by the front speakers. I’m not sure if this is because they just have no other options or they like symmetry in front. The reason I mention this is because I originally had my Sonos subwoofers up front flanking the soundbar and was never really impressed with the sound but when I moved them to flank the couch of my MLP the sound was much better so I was planning on doing the same location for my future Rythmiks

The best location for subs is very room dependent, and usually not next to the speaker. People do that for aesthetics more than anything else.
Any of the subs that have been discussed will be better than your current dual Sonos setup.
