Default Klippel NFS measurements for standard Sierra-1?

I don't see them on the Ascend web site. Any chance they will be scanned & added at some point for posterity?

In due time Dave has alluded more then once. Essentially this request is for self serving reason on a older design he's re modded to use as baseline...on his Franken speaker.

The Sierra-1 NFS measurements have been on the site for maybe 6 or 7 weeks now. Can't remember exactly when

Great thanks, Dave...I'll have a look.
Just glad you found the time and effort to appease one disgruntled member.

It was always my intention to eventually get it done. As I had originally stated, I expected it to closely match the NRC measurements of the Sierra-1, and it does - including the off-axis response. For the NRC measurements, you basically have to ignore everything below 80Hz because it is completely not accurate as the mic does not pick up the output of the rear port and the chamber itself is tuned to about 80Hz as I recall.

It is interesting, that NRC measurement was taken 16 years ago and I have absolutely no idea where that Sierra-1 speaker is, so we built up a new Sierra-1 to take the measurement and they still match up well

Considering I designed this speaker nearly 20 years ago, NFS measurements of it are better than I expected them to be. Definitely some room for improvement, but I expected worse...
