will do. although I'm sure they are swamped with being short staffed/lockdown (Covid/Ontario), what seems like multiple issues with the new AVP/AVR, and, rumor has it, supply issues where appears they've indefinitely delayed the AVM90.

The only work around for me, so far, was factory reset to remove ARC cal. Still a no go after the reset to upload an ARC Cal and then remove (assuming one can tell it is removed as per my 1st post).
