if i gave them a legitimate 85 wpc, am i shortchanging? not a large room, and they'll be crossed over at 80 (i like subs )...

thanks. i don't want to underpower them, but i also don't see the need to have a bunch of power on tap that never gets used either. just because a speaker will TAKE 200 rms, doesn't mean it NEEDS 200 rms...
i'm only going to be sitting about 10 feet away from them...
