Is this an upgrade?

I currently have

L / R = Klipsch Kg 5.2
C = Klispsch Kv-3
LR/RR = Klipsch RS-3

Would this ascend purchase be an upgrade? I've heard mixed thoughts on it, I'm not exactly sure if this is an unbiased group to ask, but you know the most about the speakers

340SE L/R/C
170 or 200's for Rears

I know if I go w/ the ascends I will need a sub, but I plan on purchasing one or a DIY very soon.

I own Klipsch 4.2's....upgrade or not, I can tell you the sound is VERY different. It is something you will have to hear for yourself.
