HI all! I took the plunge!
I got bit by the upgrade bug hard.
I was just going to upgrade my 60" Sammy Plasma:
But... My 4k compatible Denon 2113ci - isn't.
And... well... I'm still running Energy Encore 2s&1 for L/R/C and Mirage Omnisats OS1PB1s for surrounds from 2001 & 2004 respectively and the (not Monolith) Monoprice 12" sub. So, It's about time to do something about the speaker situation now that I've got a little more room.
So!
New TV: 77" LG OLED
New AVR: Denon X3700H
New L/C/R: Sierra-2exs + Duo + Kanto Speaker Stands
Upgrading the surrounds can wait. I've got open-floorplan living room issues to figure out for their placement anyway. Sub can wait too. Figured I'd concentrate on decent LCR first.
TV & receiver comes tomorrow - I wish I could take a week off of work. :D
Super excited to get the Ascend speakers: I was looking hard at SVS Ultra bookshelf and centers but so many posts I saw around the net said something like "I like those SVSs.... But check-out Ascend Sierras..."
