Greetings from Washington State

Hey Ascend Acoustics fans - I just placed an order for a pair of Sierra 2EX and stands and am looking forward to joining the fun with the rest of you.

The Sierra 2EX will be replacing the trusty AR14s I've had since the mid-1980's. Due to considerations related to domestic tranquility, I can't usually run the AR speakers at volumes required to bring them to life. From what I've read here and elsewhere, I'm thinking the Sierras will sound great at lower volumes and will still be able to deliver the goods when I have the house to myself and am able to give them a little more juice.
