Question re stands for Sierra 1's

Looking at buying the Pangea DS400 stands for my Sierra 1's. Based on the measurements that I have taken and advice that I have read re optimal speaker height, it looks like my choice is between a little too low at 24" and a little too high at 28" (26" looks optimal, but this particular stand only comes in 24" or 28").

Does erring on the low side or the high side make any difference? Primary use is home theater, seating is about 13-15' from TV and speakers.

That fair from the TV would not make a difference between the upper, lower, and optimum height.
