There is no waveguide on the tweeter so I don't think it makes any difference if it's rotated.

Exact same as the main pair. There is no reason to rotate the tweeter in the 170 as it has 360 degree symmetrical dispersion. For "centers" we simply orient the labels and logos differently, assuming someone will want to use the speaker positioned horizontally.
