Need to make purchase soon!

I need to know if anyone has been using the 200SE as a center speaker. I am putting together a bedroom system and this would fit nicely but I do not know if it will give me the clarity and performance for dialogue in movies that I am hoping for?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

I do own a few in various systems. Clarity and performance are top notch, especially for only ~$200. I'm sure you'll be happy with it :)

Edit: HTM-200 se does use the same tweeter as the CMT-340 se. Be sure to set it as small so it doesn't run full range. 80hz is usually a good xover.

Hi teach, I have the HTM-200 SE since they came out, and also have them in a bedroom set-up 5.1. I have them all mounted on the wall and the center just above the LCD angled down to the main position. The clarity is outstanding, you cant go wrong with these :)

I am using 3 HTM-200 SE's as my LCR in my living room set up. It sounds incredible, definitely a big step up from a soundbar. Pair it with a decent subwoofer and you will have a killer bedroom setup.
