Will I Be Happy? Please Advise on Ascend Choices & Set-Up!

I am putting together a bedroom system with a right, center, left and subwoofer, but no rear surrounds.

I am considering two of the Ascend 170's and the 200 as a center speaker.

My concern... The center dialogue channel is very important and I want crystal clear dialogue. Is the 200 going to provide that in this set-up with the 170's?

Or... should I really look at the 340se center along with the 170's?

What about 3 170's across the front? Although it might not work well under your TV even turned sideways.

It also might be a good idea to give ascend a call to see what they suggest.

Thanks Andrew, Yes, the speaker would be too wide high under the TV and I did call and out of that conversation, decided to go with the 340 SE center and the 170's for right and left front speakers. Best Wishes!
