Guys, I'm planning on building a dedicated listening room based on the Sierra Towers. My initial thought is to have a Golden Cuboid design as recommended on Cardas' website. This seems ideal not only for serious music listening but also for the inclusion of HT speakers around the room.

1) How big is the ideal cuboid room for using the Towers without a sub? The speakers as seen from the pic will be quite a bit away from the walls. My initial plan is front wall 18' x 29.5' sides. Any other ideas on the dimensions?
2) The room will be part of a newly designed house so I can freely put it in the basement or the highest floor. What would be the ideal location? The room's interior will be designed and treated by a professional audio room contractor but I would still need to decide on the size and location.
