Hey, have any of you guys tried this in a effort to tweak the sound of the Tower? Supposedly some speakers sound better this way, but never tried it with these towers because I was afraid to mess up the tweeter.

If they sound better that way, then they were not engineered correctly in the first place.

Changing polarity changes phase by 180 degrees.

Where are you reading this stuff?

It was in a article on 6 moons that one of the speaker manufacturers said to reverse the polarity if u get midrange bloat. Sound very odd to me and like u said, suspect engineering.
