I just wanted to to let every know that I am now a Representative for this great company. I will do my very best to support the integrity that Ascend presents, and also do my upmost to give back to you what you give and how you support this awesome company. This is very exciting for me as I represent these amazing designs. I bring 22 years of public service with a Audiologic, Psychoacoustic, Auditory Processing, Audio Engineering, and Cochlear Theory with Health Technology Engineering to you fine individuals here. I love Room Correction programs, servo driven subs, and those crazy heavy RAAL units! OK, this blew my socks off. I think a round of hearty congratulations are in order for you, sir. I have to say what a great idea this is. Your background and experience definitely offers a unique perspective, although I had no idea it was that extensive.

I think this relationship will be mutually beneficial for you and Ascend. It also provides "value-added services" for Ascend's customers and, in my opinion, identifies Ascend as much more than an ID loudspeaker company. How many other companies can say they have a real Hearing Specialist on board? :cool:

Brian, I from what I've seen here in the forums, I think you'll be a fantastic representative for Ascend. Again, congratulations!! My day just got better from hearing the news!

Dito..what the others have echoed....:D. The one thing I've come to realize over the past several years having being spent on various AV foums is how Ascend Acoustics handles themselves always with class. This starts from the TOP (Dave...;)) and works its way down from there. Judging from your recent posts and level of expereince you'll bring to the table you'll do right by AA and handle each & every situation with class, integrity just like the big kahuna....:D.

Mucho thanks to all my friends here! I'm so excited and so very passionate about sound and how its reproduced. I can never "shake" that critical listening ear when I audition setups. I can honestly say that purpose is so very powerful, and my bonus is absorbing what Dave has created. Truth in Engineering is the deal, and there is power in truth. When it comes time to meet some of you, Starbucks is definetely on me! Oh, I cannot wait to present the Towers at THE Show when it comes around again, that friends will be fun!!!

Much thanks to everyone for giving Brian a warm reception. Our goals in bringing Brian on board is to improve our email response times, provide better coverage on the various forums and most importantly, free-up more of my time so I can focus more energy on engineering.

Brian brings with him a unique set of skills that I feel mesh well with our company philosophy. He is an experienced audiologist and while he still has much to learn regarding loudspeaker design, I can learn much from him regarding how our ears and brain interpret sound. He should never be mistaken for a typical audio salesman :)
