Newbie question about wiring CMT-340's?

Just purchased the 340's for R/C/L and had wanted to make sure I had everything ready when they arrive next week. My question is about the bi-wiring and if the wire I am looking at would be sufficient for them. I am looking at this Canare 4S11 Cable http://www.bluejeanscable.com/store/speaker/index.htm . I can order these bananas to bi-bananas and just wanted to make sure they would work properly. Looks like the wires come with 2 red and 2 white wires and am not sure which is + or -, or does it not matter as long as they are matched correctly on both ends?

Thanks in advance for your help and can't wait for the speakers to get here.

That wire looks very adequate. I would go with Red for positive. It'll match your receiver's knobs and be less confusing.
