Well, the quoted price is about right for the CBM-170, and it looks pretty much like it, although the photo is a bit small.
I saw this a month or so ago, but I don't remember how I came across it.

You should be able to use your browser's zoom control....it's definitely the CBM-170SE.

Definitely the CBM-170's.
Very interesting. The guy is from my area. I wonder if/when this technology(His algorithm) will appear in consumer electronics? Surround sound with only 2 speakers, not using any funky neural processing. A new Dolby-like licensing?

It's funny. I got a geat effect from my monitor's speakers (23" Acer monitor) when viewing the trailer for Skyline. The sound actually moved off about a foot or two to the right of the monitor (and speaker).

watch the video, it gives a bit of information on what the professor is doing to achieve the 3D effect.
