Hey Dave where is Rythmik located? The reason I ask is this: if they are not in California, does that mean we Californians don't have to pay sales tax? That would sure be a nice change!

For now, Rythmik subwoofers are shipping out of Austin Texas.

interesting... I assume we have to order through Rythmik to get the no-tax? If so, does Ascend still get its cut from the sale? I'd like to either avoid tax or shipping, but want to make sure Ascend is getting its part.
