I believe crossover materials are the same as in the SE. I think the tweeter and driver are the differences between the classic and the SE.

Hi NeilC,

It depends on the which node the capacitor is in. We used electrolytic capacitors with polyester film bypass caps for components that are in the direct signal path.

For the SE crossover, all capacitors that are in the direct signal path are film. Other caps that require lower Q values and higher dissipation factors are electrolytic.
