Hi all,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the Dave and the rest of the Ascend crew. I've had Sierra-1's as part of my A/V setup for several months. A short while back, one of the speakers developed an odd resonance during deeper lows (down around ~60hz and below). I did enough troubleshooting to determine that it was something with the speaker. I e-mailed Dave, and he promptly asked me to send the speaker back to him immediately.

Ascend received the speaker on a Monday. By Friday, they had diagnosed the issue to a small air leak around the port, corrected it, and shipped it back out. The speaker once again sounds GREAT -- no more problems.

I am amazed at how courteous, professional, and QUICK this warranty service was. I wanted to extend a huge public THANK YOU for backing a great product with untouchable support.

Thanks so much for the wonderful comments!!! Glad the problem was solved -- that was definitely a strange one. You have got some good ears my friend :D
