Newbie question-- Where do you buy shot in California?

Hi. Stupid question. I bought SP-30 stands with my speakers. It says you can fill with shot.

Growing up in Michigan you could get shot and anything up to a 12 gauge in the grocery store (Meijers). Where do you buy shot in California? Gun shop? A/V shop?

I would guess most sporting goods stores (Big5, Sports Authority, Sport Chalet, etc), outdoor shops (e.g. Turner's Outdoorsman) or maybe even Walmart.
