I am in the process of building a theater. I have a set of HTM-200's that I will put in columns, and I am debating how to use them.
Option #1 - wrap the columns in dazian expocloth (generally considered AT), and add access to the side opening, probably via a fabric covered frame or insert.
Option # 2 - perforated metal there is an e-bay auction (#130146393064) that lists perforated aluminum with the following characteristics:
1/16" THICK
½" Diameter Holes
Spaced on approx. 11/16" staggered centers
48% Open Area
Do you think that this perforated aluminum would adversely affect the HTM-200's?
This is what the column I am working with now.
