New sub on the way

By sheer chance, I have a new top-class sub on the way to me: an ACI Titan XL (http://audioc.com/speakers1/titanxl/titanxl.htm). I won one of the av123 forum charity raffles and it happened to be for an item that I've always thought would be sweet to own.

I traded e-mails with Mike D over at ACI (top class guy who's a teacher by day) and they'll be sending mine out once they get some amps in next week. They are pretty busy with a big moving sale, but I think they'll get it out pretty soon. I'm looking forward to combining it with my new Sierra's (which arrived yesterday). :D

I guess sometimes when it rains, it pours - this time in a good way. :)

My Titan has arrived and is in place!!!

I've only done a basic level adjusting so far, but it's sounding great and is blending very well with my new mains (which have very tight bass).

The Titan XL is extremely solid and I like the plate amp they are using.

Wow, congrats Brad - it is fantastic looking like the Sierra-1's ! I bet they sound incredible!
