Upgrading Sub

Right now i have a pardigm ps-1000 in my 16 x 11 room. I can spend up to $600.00. I've been reading about HSU, SVS, and OUTLAW. Looking for tight, musical bass. Any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

from hsu id suggest the VTF-2 MK 3. It would fill a room that size with more bass than you would need. and thats not a bad thing. :)

Ive heard good things about SVS and Outlaw but only have experience with HSU. I own a stf-2 and love it.

I've had a VTF-2 MK3 for about a month now.....and I concur. It's in a 12 x 14 room and I run it pretty low and have ALL the low end I need and much more. I listen to music mostly, but it covers all the bases well.......at least for me. ;)
