What subwoofer?

I am about to purchse the S33-3000 package,the 340SE's all the way around. I also wanted to get a sub with this system,but when I checked online,it says that they have something new in the way of subwoofers coming for 2007. Does anyone have an idea what that may be? Anyone using this system,what sub are you using?

I have 340SE's L/C/R and 170SE's for surrounds. I purchased the HSU Research VTF3.2 and it sounds awesome with the Ascends. You can go to HSUresearch.com to review the choices based on your room size. Good luck in your selection!

I have the 340SEs with 170SE surround setup and I got a Hsu VTF-3 HO Turbo. It is technially about 10X the sub I need for my room, but I agree with Dr. Hsu's theory that you cannot have too much sub. I think that any of the Hsu subs would work great with your Ascend setup, especially the 3.3 or the HO.
