sorry about yet another what receiver post. $750 budget. looking at HK 445, Onkyo sr804, or are there any Marantz suggestions in this budget? I am hesitant in waiting for an 1.3 hdmi A/V because I can't imagine that any of the ones at launch will be within my budget. Any help is greatly appreciated. btw: currently have an Onkyp 504, 340 SE's F,L,C. VTF3 sub. my onkyo doesn't sound bad but doesn't have hdmi. Thanks

Are you interested in a like new Denon AVR 3806?

From what I can see the 3806 is a nice receiver but it doesn't have HDMI.

Sure it does - 1 HDMI Out (Monitor) and 2 HDMI In. Go to http://www.denon.com and look at the specs (and the image of the back)

I am still debating on what reciever I want as well though. This being my first home theatre (and first receiver) I have no idea what I need or what I'm looking for.

Trying to decide between the Denon AVR 3806, Yamaha RX-V1700, or the H/K AVR645. And to show you how confused I am - I'm not even sure about those models. They are just in the price range I'm looking to spend :)
