In my forever quest to find the perfect receiver match for my Ascends (340 LCR + 170 sides + 200 rears + VTF3), I'm now looking at the new Pio Elites (72/74). I'm currently using an HK 435 and think it's great, but am curious about these new Pio offerings. Couple questions:
1) Anyone go from an HK to an Elite receiver, or vice versa? If so, why?
2) The main differences I noticed b/w the 74txvi and 72txvi are power (140 vs 130) and the 74 has iLink. I don't currently have an iLink equipped DVD player, but who knows what beholds in the future. I'd consider the Pio 59avi, esp if I get the 74. Are these features of the 74txvi worth the $200-300 price difference over the 72txvi?
