    Default Welp...

    ...may as well join up.

I am from northern Pennsylvania, I'm old, and my actual name is Tom. I live with my wife and our 14-year-old daughter on 12 acres in the middle of nowhere. We are too far along to have a daughter that young but the Lord works in mysterious ways I guess.

Yesterday I ordered a pair of towers which will be used exclusively for music and which I'm looking forward to. The Sierras will replace a set of Chane A5rx-c's and those will be going to our basement room. I considered Prime Pinnacles, Revel f36's, Song Towers, and a few others but kept on circling back to the Ascends. And here we are.

I hope you are all friendly here. I know I am.

    Welcome, Tom.
Where abouts in PA? I'm originally from upstate NY but now in Texas.
Did you get the Towers with RAAL? Which finish?

We're in Wyoming County, right on the border with Bradford County.

I did get the RAAL version, and the finish is natural. Goes well with our Mid Atlantic Hillbilly decor

Hope you Texas people are recovered.

The natural finish is the bomb!

You are way over toward the Eastern end of PA. If you were near the OH border I might've tried to convince you to have me over for an audition after you've had them set up for a while, and once this COVID stuff has died down.

    Welcome to the fold, Tom!

Not to far from where I grew up (Dutchess County, NY).

The natural finish is beautiful. My towers are Satin Black with RAAL.

I grew up in Altoona, which is a little southwest of State College. After college I moved to Cape May, NJ, and lived there for almost 30 years. We moved up here in 2014 - way less expensive, way less crowded.

Ha! That IS the middle of nowhere. Trying to remember back that far but I'm almost positive I went to Bishop Guilfoyle
