Default HTM-200 and HVAC heat exposure

Due to room constraints, a single HTM-200 surround is near an HVAC vent that blows almost directly towards the speaker. I assume A/C isnÂ’t a problem, but what about heat? Air temps from vent measured up to 130-135F. May it eventually delaminate or worse?
    Main TV setup:
    Ascend 340 SE fronts
    200 surrounds
    Sony SS-CSE Atmos Speakers
    Hsu VTF3-mkII
    Yamaha 7850 receiver
    LG UBKC90 Blu Ray player
    TivoHD
    PS3 (yup, not a 4!)

    Keyboard setup:
    170SE surrounds
    Pio 74txvi receiver
    Pio 588 for DVDA/SACD

Direct heat can definitely present a problem over time.

Thanks Dave. Will think of a plan B then. Thanks.

How close to the vent? I have one of the 170 surrounds directly above a floor vent, about 6ft up. No issues. Been that way for more than a decade.
