S2 Center diffs from S2?

Is the only difference between an S2 and and S2 Center the 90 degree orientation of the tweeter?

I want to swap one of my S2s with my S2 center to hide a cabinet scratch. I'm about to start installing the EX upgrades to my L&R's so one additional step would be easy enough.
