It's not recent, but it's one you definitely need to have:

    Talking Heads: Stop Making Sense
Luna Duo V2 LR, Titan Horizon V2, and Rythmik L22 & L12 in HT, Sierra-LXs in study, S-2EXs and Duo V2 C in bedroom, S-1 NrTs in dining room, S-1s at work, HTM-200s in kitchen. Brother owns CMT-340s and dad has a pair of CBM-170s.

Allison Krauss + Union Station: Live
Leningrad Cowboys: Total Balalaika Show (Not Blu Ray, but unbelievably cool)

A couple that are not Blu-ray but are awesome are Alice In Chains Unplugged and Foo Fighters Skin and Bones.

Pearl Jam - Lets Play Two was kind of a cool documentaryish concert. Eddie Vedder Water Unser the Road is another favorite of mine.

The Swedish acappella group, The Real Group, has a dvd out that is the single best performance dvd I've ever seen. You actually get to know each singer. None of that jumping around filming that is so common. Also the sound is spectacular.
