Hi, seeking some technical advice from Dave and fellow sierra2 owners.
My apologies first if this qn has been posted before.

Finally received my precious abt a week back. Patiently running them in with my 24w SET amp.
Currently still in bliss mode.

I am not a very technical person. But nevertheless did a simple experiment after studying the impedence chart. Since a good part of the freq from low-mids to sub-bass hovers around 6ohms. I thought switching from 8ohm to 4ohm tap on my amp might improve things.

In my nearfield setup, 3x5m room space.
Am not sure if it is a placebo effect. The low mids/ bass seems more effortless, more dynamic for the lack of better words to describe. The effect seems more pronounced at low level listening at night.

Hence my questions.:
1. Has anyone tried 4ohm tab? Any significant improvements observed?
2. Will my tubes and amp be subjected to more long term wear and tear since it is working harder?
3. is it safe to run the sierra2 at 4ohm tap for the long term?
