170's on the way! (finally)

I hear ya! On the bright side, when I talked to David the other day, it sounded to me like they got in enough parts to eliminate the backlog. Therefore I would think they should be on their way to soon!

Good news I'm waiting, very impatiently, on my single to go with my 170 CC that I just replace with the 340..

Quinn...what are you going to do with the two 170's? I have an extra 170 waiting for work.

Curtis- I'm setting up a system in the girl's playroom so they grow up listening to real music.

It all came about when I put on some of my three year old's kiddie CDs in my system for her and realized that there was good music on them that I'd never heard when playing them on her $60 CD radio in her room.

Wow! Lucky girl! I think she would like one of those new Hsu STF subs too!

They are going to grow up knowing what good speakers sound like, so you are always going to have to have a good system. Smart!

Well, my pairs of 170's and 200's arrived yesterday. All I can say is WOW! The 170's are much bigger than I imagined! Even though I knew how big they were supposed to be, they seem much bigger in person.

I am glad that dave suggested I order 200's instead of 170's for surround speakers as they will be mounted on the wall.

P.S. I only got the 170's hooked up last night, but they sound GREAT!
