Default Rythmik F12 or SVS SB-2000

I am planning on purchasing a sub sometime in April of this year. My room is 176 square feet. I'm using three Sierra 1's for my main speakers. So far I've been looking at the Rythmik and the SVS. Some feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    How high is the ceiling?

Both companies make great subs, but there is a reason Ascend sells Rythmik.

Floor to ceiling is 8 ft.

The SVS is smaller but I think the Rythmic would have more output and should sound a little better. The Rythmic weighs quite a bit more and has servo control.

The only reason I would choose the SVS is because you don't want to break you back moving your subwoofer around. The significantly lower mass/weight is easier on the back for an old guy. But in sound, the Rythmik is better. The only reason I own multiple SVS SB1000's instead of Rythmiks is because they are small and light.
