    Default Hello from the Pacific Northwest

    Just joined the Ascend community. I'm finally getting back into listening to vinyl after many, many years, so I'm buying some components and putting together a system for use in a small, spare room upstairs. So far, I have a Rogue Sphinx integrated hybrid amp, Clearaudio Performance SE turntable with a Nagaoka MP-50 cartridge, Musical Surroundings Phonomena II phono-stage, and a very old Denon CD player. I think I'm going to try the Sierra-2 speakers based on all of the great things I've read about them so far (hope they match up for rich sound). Then find a good set of speaker cables and ICs that match up well, and I should be musically happy.

    Welcome to Ascend duval. Wanted to add, Blue Jeans Cable. Check em out, good stuff. Won't cost an arm and a leg.
