CBM-170 SE ceiling mounts

These seem to be it since omni mounts are no more. Are the 6" extensions long enough to ceiling mount a CBM-170 SE? And if not, are there any adverse affects to mounting the speakers upside down?

These should work well. However, Amazon typically sold them for much less $$$
