McIntosh driving 2 pairs of Sierra's..??

My MA2275 will be hooked up to 2 pairs of Sierra's on 2 tabs (shared).
Can I use only the 4ohm taps (only 2 taps at 4 ohms) being the Sierra's are 8 ohms?

The speakers will be in different rooms, so is there a device that lets you turn off a pair not in use? Like an A/B switch for speaker wire.

The MA2275 tube amp, sounds fantastic driving one pair of Sierra's.
Hence, the second pair order.
