    Question 170SE wall mount question

In case anyone is wondering David F. already answered my question. If you have a situation like mine outlined below you can use the Omnimount 20 C stainless steel series http://www.omnimount.com/Product/Spe...ries/20-0%20C/ Just attach the mounting plate to a wall instead of a ceiling.

I have a question regarding mounting the 170 SE speakers. These speakers are used for my surround channels and are mounted directly to the left and right of the listening position about three feet up and angled down at about a 45* angle. On the left wall I can use a normal mount from the wall to the speaker such as the Omnimount 20.0. On the right side I do not have a wall facing the left speaker but I can mount the speaker to the wall behind the listening position.

The only mount I could find is the Omnimount 30WB, but if anyone has seen other mounts that will work please let me know. This requires drilling four holes into the bottom of the speaker. The instructions call for the holes to be drilled 3/4" deep then four "Togglers" used for the screws to insert into. The wood for the 170SE is 5/8" thick correct? Will I hit any of the components drilling through the bottom of the speaker? Will this void my warranty of the speaker? The sales sheet shows the mounting braket as 4.9" L and 1.7 W. Here is a link to that mount: http://www.omnimount.com/Product/Speaker%20Mounts/Stainless%20Steel%20Series/30-0%20WB/
