Hello.Receiver suggestion please...

As you guys have probably seen that my name is Newbee (as in newbie.LOL).Any suggestion on a receiver? I'm thinking about the onkyo tx sr507 or the marantz sr4002.What do you guys think?Help me please.The onkyo has a 4 hdmi in/1 out,marantz has 3in/1 out.I want the receiver to be a good value and should go well with the ascends.Thanks in advance.

PS. Any Ascenders in Corpus Christi?.I'm planning to purchase it,just need to hear it.thanks again

I have an Onkyo 806 and really like it. Great features for the price and thus far it sound great with the Ascends.
