    Thanks!
i think they need a "real name", rather than "dark" and "light" cherry...

a suggestion... why don't you hold off on naming them until some of us get them in our hands? i know once swmbo actually sees them in person, she'll have some ideas. i'm sure others will too.

... then I'd propose "Honey" and "Cherry".

    that's better...

"honey" works... that's a keeper... good waf on that as well...

now you need to apply the same thinking to the dark color... what does the color remind you of?

hmmm... that's pretty good too... especially since it forms such a "catchy" combination...

doesn't seem quite "dark" enough though, unless it's just my monitor (or eyes )...

Well, it's pretty hard to judge the exact color of the speakers due to the gloss and the grain of the bamboo.
It's also the only 1-word match I could think about and was quite proud of the "catchy" combination.

i hear you... kinda why i suggested dave wait a bit and give us a chance to see them in person...

i DO like sienna sierra though...

fwiw, swmbo said "auburn", from looking at the pictures... although she thinks "sienna" is pretty close and would work...

sienna matches better from a "spoken" standpoint, that's for sure...

"auburn" was actually my first choice but I couldn't resist the Sierra/Sienna combination.

I am loving the various color names! Sienna and Honey are terrific, they do, however, remind me of the girls I hired for a friend's bachelor party though

I am pleased to say that I now have firm confirmation that Sierra-1 cabinets (Piano black, Natural, Light and Dark Cherry and Espresso) have been loaded onto the freighter. I shoud have the sailing and delivery schedule on Monday... I have requested and confirmed the expense of a "fast boat" which typically saves a few days but I won't have confirmation of the sailing schedule until Monday or Tuesday. Either way, I think we are 12-16 days out.

We have also just recieved 2000 tweeters from SEAS -- and we *almost* have the new facility fully up to speed.

    Dave,
Thanks for keeping us up to speed on the Sierra's. I appreciated that very much. "Patience is a virtue" and "something good is worth waiting for" truly apply here! Terry R.
