They were custom made by a forum member when I had the Sierra-1's. He was a woodshop teacher. Shipping was not cheap, but it was worth it. He no longer owns Ascends.

I put about 40+lbs of sand in each of them as well.

Beautiful. Natural S2s are my next purchase.

They look like "Wood Technology" stands. Crutchfield used to carry that brand, but I'm not sure whether they still do.

Edit: Just did some Googling. I don't see that anybody carries that brand any more. They may be out of business. I had their stands with some Boston Acoustics bookshelf speakers about 15-20 years ago.

They are custom-built by GWiz Products, the pair cost me $176 (free shipping).

I took these pics as part of a review of the stands I did on AVS, so check that out if you want to see the unboxing and larger pics than this forum allows.

Interesting. Looks like I was wrong (again!). They do look very similar to the last version of "Wood Tech" stands that Crutchfield used to have, but the color scheme is something I never saw from "Wood Tech."

    They look nice.

They're all custom, so you can pick whatever color scheme you want; lots of choices on finish and even style of stands (including sand-fillable if you're into that).

    They look nice.
Thanks! I agree, I'm very happy with how they turned out.
