F12 subs in the corners, RAAL Sierra Towers and RAAL Horizon for LCR.

These are replacing a Vandersteen system that I've had for ~15 years. I plan on adding 4 Lunas for surround/back duties sometime later this year...

I started this thread 12yrs ago! Been off the radar, as life happened (aka bills, kids, etc). Have the same main speakers (340 LCR + 200 surrounds + VTF3). Still love the speakers, have only had to replace the Hsu's amp few years back. Recently added the Sony SS-CSE Atmos speakers on top of the 340s, after finally upgrading to a 65" Sony OLED and Yamaha 7850 receiver. Not an ideal Atmos setup, but works for my limited budget, and as a bonus the finish matches the 340s perfectly.
    Main TV setup:
    Ascend 340 SE fronts
    200 surrounds
    Sony SS-CSE Atmos Speakers
    Hsu VTF3-mkII
    Yamaha 7850 receiver
    LG UBKC90 Blu Ray player
    TivoHD
    PS3 (yup, not a 4!)

    Keyboard setup:
    170SE surrounds
    Pio 74txvi receiver
    Pio 588 for DVDA/SACD

    Well, today was productive. Before:

    And after:

    after_640.jpg

It's only been about nine years since I upgraded these from regular S1s to NrTs...
Sierra-2s in study, Sierra-1 NrTs in office, HTM-200s in kitchen. Brother owns CMT-340s and dad has a pair of CBM-170s.

I've got my setup finalized for the near future at least after picking up a pair of Lunas on the used market to fill out the surrounds for a 5.1 system.

Wow - nice job! Looks fantastic. Are you able to angle the Horizon upward a few degrees? Although not critical as it looks like your main listening position is a good distance away...

I guess you can't tell from the picture but the Horizon is angled up 13 degrees, I'm using this stand: VTI RFC RF Series Center Channel Speaker Stand https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0007P85JG..._ahbsDb16WNZ32

I'm loving this setup, thanks for all your work developing these speakers so that people like me can enjoy them!
