Default A Low Hum in one speaker

So after moving everything around to finally set up my 7.1 sierra / pb ultra goodness, I detect a problem.

sometimes (no always, but usually) when the PS3 spins up the disc initially, I get a very low freq hum. It was hard to pinpoint, but eventually located it to being my FL channel, also the one closest to the PS3. It was definately annoying.

Damn, I thought, I have the PS3 is on a voltage regulator, seems unlikely to be going over the wire. So I move the PS3, thinking if it's close to the prepro, maybe the FL channel's interconnect is picking up RF.

Now the hum is coming from the FR channel. WTF!!! How is that possible?

Turns out, my "wooden" Ikea TV stand was being vibrated by the PS3 when the disc spun up, and it produced an amazingly pure low freq tone that I thought was coming from the S-1's. I'm still shocked that stand could emit that tone so nicely, but without a doubt that's what it was. Touching or tipping the PS3 invariably made the sound disappear. I obviously just needed to put a cloth between the PS3 and the wood, problem solved.
