Sierra's arrived this evening.I must take Dave's word there are any blemishes on the b-stock I received. I really should send Ascend an extra 14 percent in all fairness.
Along with the Mackie's, the Sierra is simply one of the two best sub $1,000 speakers that I have ever listened to. I will comment further after the break-in period and extended (very extended) listening.

well i'm super excited. i pulled the trigger on 3 sierras and 2 htm-200s last night. piano black b stock, so i'm on a 3-4 week waiting list... but it is okay. now i just hope dave and the the rest of the folks at ascend really mess up a bunch of speakers so that b-stock waiting list moves fast
