Our goal is to be open Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. We hit our mark more often than not. We are closed all major holidays.

I apologize to anyone who called in Friday, Saturday or Sunday this week. I usually change the outgoing message to indicate our status on holiday weekends.

If for any reason you do not reach us during the aforementioned business hours, it's possible we are on another line or immersed in testing or inventory. Thanks for your patience!
