Default xr57 xover for 340se/200 combo?

Can Panny xr57 Xover the mains and the surrounds at different frequency? I have Ascend 340SE fronts which I would like to Xover at 60 or 80 and have Ascend 200 surrounds which I would like to Xover at either 100 or 120. Also, for the folks who are using the Ascend/xr57 combination, do you recommend it?
    Thanks
    Sam.

There is no set rule.....play around with it and see what you like best.

I would bet that either 80hz or 100hz would sound best.

I have the xr55 and 340's & 200's. I xover @ 80hz for DVD's and don't use the sub for CD's. When I briefly ran the 200's as mains, I xovered @ 100hz. As Curtis says, there's no rule. Every room is different. Experiment and see what works best for you.

    Default but my question is...

My question was whether the main and surrounds can have different xover settings using xr57??

PS - SOmeone at AVS answered my question. The answer is "NO" :-(
Now, do I have to xOver at 100+ because of 200s?? Looks like it.

Not at all. I have no qualm about using 80hz as a xover with the 200's as surrounds. Are you listening to MC music?

Thanks David. I'll try 80hz. I don't listen to MC music.

I occasionally listen to DVD-A material, have 200 surrounds, and my XO is set to 80hz. I have tried 100hz and can hear no noticable difference between the two.
